Every composition is fresh, perishable and created to order. Here is what to expect on the day of delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We offer free hand-delivery to addresses within 40 km of our Toronto atelier. For an address outside this delivery area, or if you are unsure whether your address is within it, please email [email protected] to confirm availability before placing your order. Orders require at least 24 hours' notice.
Do you provide tracking for deliveries?
Our bouquets are hand-delivered by our team, so we don’t use a traditional tracking system. Instead, we’ll email you an estimated delivery window (for example, 1–4 PM) one day before your selected delivery date, and you’ll receive a photo confirmation once your order has been delivered.
What time will my order be delivered?
Delivery times are estimated and can be affected by traffic, weather, building access, and recipient availability. As a general rule, addresses closer to downtown Toronto are usually scheduled earlier within our delivery route. If you need a specific time, please contact us in advance and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate it.
Do you offer refunds or returns on bouquets?
Because our arrangements are fresh, perishable, and made to order, we generally do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help with an appropriate resolution.
