Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and any orders placed directly with us.
All Sales Are Final After Delivery
Because our products are time-sensitive and often prepared specifically for each order, all purchases are final once delivered.
After delivery:

No refunds

No returns
-
No exchanges
Store Credit (Rare Exceptions)
While we do not offer refunds or exchanges after delivery, store credit may be offered in unique cases at our sole discretion.
Store credit requests may be considered only when:

There is a verified issue with the order that is reported within the required timeframe (see below), and
-
We determine, after review, that the situation qualifies as an exception.
Important: Store credit is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.
Cancellations (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order only if you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time are not eligible for a refund or exchange. In rare cases, if a late cancellation is approved at our discretion, the customer may be eligible for store credit.
Issues With Your Order
If there is an issue with your delivered order, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos (required for quality/damage concerns)
We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when the order is:

Handed to the recipient, or
-
Left at the delivery address (front desk, concierge, doorstep, or safe location) per the delivery instructions provided.
Once delivery is completed, the order is subject to the All Sales Are Final After Delivery rule above.
