Our bouquets are hand-delivered by our team, so we don’t use a traditional tracking system. Instead, we’ll email you an estimated delivery window (for example, 1–4 PM) one day before your selected delivery date, and you’ll receive a photo confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Delivery times are estimated and can be affected by traffic, weather, building access, and recipient availability. As a general rule, addresses closer to downtown Toronto are usually scheduled earlier within our delivery route. If you need a specific time, please contact us in advance and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate it.

Because our arrangements are fresh, perishable, and made to order, we generally do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help with an appropriate resolution.
